Content Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to plan, develop, and manage engaging digital content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech/SaaS storytelling, founder-led content, and video pre-production planning, with a strong understanding of modern social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Plan video content pre-production, including research, ideation, and scripting for product and founder-led videos.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms.
• Create content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality posting.
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for content production and campaign execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in content ideation, copywriting, and video scripting.
• Understanding of tech/SaaS branding and founder-led storytelling is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic video/content workflows.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
