Our services include virtual staffing, medical billing, clinical documentation, and digital marketing for physicians and healthcare organizations. We're growing fast and need a sharp, self-driven marketer to own our growth engine from our Pakistan office.
The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across our healthcare brands. This isn't a task-taker role—you'll be the driving force behind lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth. You'll work directly with leadership to shape marketing direction, build scalable acquisition systems, and position our brands as go-to solutions for US medical practices.
This is an onsite position at our Pakistan office. You'll collaborate daily with our local operations team while coordinating with US-based leadership and clients.
What You'll Own
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Build quarterly marketing roadmaps aligned with revenue targets and business priorities
- Identify market opportunities, competitive gaps, and positioning strategies
- Allocate budgets and resources across channels to maximize ROI
Lead Generation & Growth
- Design and manage full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified leads for our sales team
- Build prospecting systems using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths
- Own lead quality metrics MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to grow organic visibility across all brand websites
- Manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with clear ROAS targets
- Develop email marketing sequences for nurturing, re-engagement, and conversions
- Oversee content calendars and ensure consistent output of blogs, case studies, and social content
Brand & Content
- Maintain brand consistency and messaging clarity across all digital touchpoints
- Create or direct creation of marketing assets websites, sales collateral, videos, graphics
- Manage social media presence and thought leadership content for company and executive profiles
- Execute online reputation management and Google Business Profile optimization
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across all channels using GA4, Search Console, and CRM dashboards
- Run A/B tests on campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Use data to make decisions not guesses
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline and closing goals
- Coordinate with operations and client success teams on messaging and case study development
- Brief and manage freelancers, designers, or junior team members as needed
You're a Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrable ownership of strategy and results
- Healthcare industry experience you understand how medical practices operate and buy services
- Proven lead generation track record you've built campaigns that directly drove revenue
- Multi-brand or agency experience you can context-switch and manage competing priorities
- Strong SEO and paid media skills not just theory, but hands-on execution
- Excellent written English you can write compelling copy that doesn't sound like AI
- US market familiarity you understand American healthcare business culture and buyer behavior
- Self-starter mentality you don't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable working US hours from our Pakistan office
