Job Type:

• Full-time (On-site role)
• Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion metrics and ROI to ensure targets are met.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the product and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, paid advertising and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in app-based or product-driven businesses.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and remarketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
