We are looking for a Growth Analyst who is passionate about understanding user behavior through data and turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
This is a data-driven, analytics-heavy role focused on user analytics, experimentation support, and performance dashboards for mobile applications.
Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior across mobile applications to identify patterns, drop-offs, and growth opportunities across the user lifecycle.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key product and growth metrics such as retention, engagement, conversion, churn, and revenue.
- Perform funnel and cohort analysis to evaluate onboarding effectiveness, feature adoption, and user retention.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation by defining success metrics, analyzing results, and validating statistical significance.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to translate business questions into data analyses and actionable insights.
- Monitor app performance trends and proactively flag anomalies, risks, or growth opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating event tracking, metrics definitions, and data sources.
- Present insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on business impact and recommendations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, and basic statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with event-based tracking and user-level data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into structured analyses.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with a strong desire to understand why users behave the way they do.
- Experience working with B2C mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) is strongly preferred.
