Join Akarat.com as a Digital Marketing and lead the launch of a new, high-growth property platform in the UAE. You will build our digital presence from the ground up, driving agency partnerships through B2B lead generation and attracting property seekers via high-performance marketing. This is a founding role offering full ownership of our digital strategy in a fast-scaling startup. We are looking for a data-driven growth hacker ready to disrupt the market and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

· Performance Marketing: Design and optimize high-converting paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to scale agency partnerships and user traffic.

· SEO & Content: Execute technical and on-page SEO to ensure Akarat.com ranks for high-intent UAE real estate keywords.

· Social Media Growth: Manage a multi-channel content calendar to build B2B authority on LinkedIn and consumer engagement on Instagram/TikTok.

· Lead Nurturing: Set up automated Email and WhatsApp marketing funnels via HubSpot CRM to support the sales team in closing agency deals.

· Data Analytics: Monitor platform performance daily using GA4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and ROI reports to the founders.

· Creative Oversight: Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality ad creatives, reels, and property showcases that resonate with the UAE audience.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: 2–4 years of digital marketing experience in UAE, specifically in Real Estate or PropTech.

· Technical Mastery: Proven hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager is essential.

· Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, performs A/B testing, and optimizes conversion rates.

· Copywriting: Exceptional English writing skills for Ads, Emails, and Web Content; Arabic is a major advantage for the brand.

· On-Site Commitment: Must be able to work daily from our Dubai office.
