Job Opening: SEO Specialist (In-House, Full-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our in-house team in Peshawar.
This role is for someone who understands SEO beyond surface-level tactics and can work closely with content, design, and performance teams.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking SEO strategies that drive long-term organic growth.
This is not a freelance or part-time position. 

Key Responsibilities
Perform keyword research (informational, commercial, transactional)
Build and optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta, headings, internal linking)
Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (indexing, speed, structure)
Create SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and service pages
Analyze competitors and identify ranking opportunities
Track performance using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Collaborate with content writers and designers
Prepare weekly & monthly SEO reports
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and best practices

Required Skills & Experience
1.5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
Experience with Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
Solid grasp of on-page, technical, and content SEO
Ability to explain SEO decisions logically (no guesswork)
Comfortable working in a structured, in-office team environment

Nice to Have (Bonus)
Experience with service-based or agency SEO
Basic knowledge of WordPress / Webflow
Understanding of conversion-focused content
Familiarity with international SEO (US / EU markets)
