Your Role

We are looking for an experienced, committed Marketing Specialist, who can take on the 360 degree marketing responsibilities of our trade exhibitions business. This would involve an understanding of event marketing, strategy, implementing content marketing through social and email marketing channels, managing barter collaborations, getting government support, supporting the sales team, analysing performance and tweaking strategies accordingly, and more.

You have to be able to write compelling content, conduct research, manage email marketing, social media marketing and analyse their performance. You also have to liaise with our Marketing Manager, Design, Sales, Conference and Operations teams, when required.

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, visitors, and special event features.
  • Create engaging social media content, including captions, creatives, short-form videos, and reels aligned to campaign themes and drop schedules.
  • Work with the design and sales and conference team to understand their requirements via marketing
  • Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar across social, email, and digital channels.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, emailers, website updates, and basic marketing collateral.
  • Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with designers and video teams to develop social creatives, reels, and visual assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and support basic reporting and insights generation.
  • Use data and analytics to understand audience behaviour and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support database management activities, including list hygiene and audience tagging.
  • Ensure event websites and social platforms are kept updated with accurate, timely information.
  • Assist with on-ground and digital marketing support during live events when required.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and content formats relevant to events and B2B audiences.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event, exhibition, or B2B marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating social media content, including reels and short-form videos.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics (engagement, open rates, CTRs, conversions).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media business manager tools, and CRM or database systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for tone and clarity.
  • Creative mindset with an appreciation for good design, storytelling, and witty, audience-first copy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within event and exhibition marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
