<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Mission</b></h3>
<p>Ensure our propane and diesel forklift fleet is safe, compliant, and always ready. You&rsquo;ll be the reliability champion who blends technical expertise with clear communication and meticulous documentation.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Core Accountabilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Perform diagnostics, repairs, and PMs on LPG and diesel forklifts</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues</li>
<li>Conduct safety-focused inspections and confirm operational readiness</li>
<li>Repair/replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and related assemblies</li>
<li>Keep complete, accurate maintenance and service records</li>
<li>Uphold OSHA and company safety standards at every step</li>
<li>Respond swiftly to breakdowns to limit downtime</li>
<li>Report findings, parts needs, and recommendations to management</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What Sets You Up for Success</b></h3>
<ul><li>Experience as a forklift or heavy equipment mechanic</li>
<li>Required: hands-on work with propane and diesel forklifts</li>
<li>Deep understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems</li>
<li>Competent in reading schematics and service manuals</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license; forklift certification is a plus</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable in warehouse and outdoor conditions</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and diagnostic problem-solving</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Background</b></h3>
<ul><li>Trade or technical certification in mechanical repair</li>
<li>Experience with multiple forklift manufacturers</li>
<li>Welding or fabrication exposure</li>

<ul><li>Full-time; schedule may vary based on operational needs</li>
