Officewise Commercial Interiors is seeking an administrative professional to manage furniture order entry, acknowledgements, shipment scheduling and billing.Experience:<ul><li>Purchasing experience, such as creating purchase orders, and procurement is desired</li><li>Knowledge of Purchasing Contracts is a plus</li><li>Billing and invoicing to end user/customer</li><li>Reporting warranty and/or freight claims</li><li>Paying and coding invoices/familiar with General Ledger entries</li><li>Basic knowledge of Accounts payable/Accounts receivable</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail and accuracy is very important</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Record keeping &amp; filing</li><li>Proficient in Computer data entry software, Excel, Gmail, Google Calendar &amp; Google Drive as well as comfort level in learning to navigate multiple vendor portal websites</li><li>Great mathematical skills</li><li>Some accounting skills a plus</li><li>Must be very good at multitasking</li><li>Ability to learn and memorize many order entry codes and contracts for multiple manufacturers</li><li>Time management</li><li>Great interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment while completing individual tasks</li></ul>Duties Include:<ul><li>Processing furniture orders in a timely manner</li><li>Entering furniture orders into the computer system(s) as required</li><li>Transmitting Purchase Orders to vendors</li><li>Sending order update emails to clients</li><li>Reviewing, correcting and posting acknowledgements in a timely manner</li><li>Providing all receiving documents to the warehouse locations</li><li>Uploading installation documents to shared Drive</li><li>Daily receiving of purchase orders into computer system</li><li>Provide information and follow up on credits due from vendors</li><li>Daily invoicing of product installed according to delivery manifests</li><li>Furnishing proof of delivery to customers as required</li><li>Assembling documents for timely approval and payment of furniture invoices</li><li>Supporting Sales Staff as required</li><li>Performing end of month duties as required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
