This is a critical, fast-paced role serving as the central communication hub for our operations. The successful candidate blends rigorous inventory tracking with real-time dispatching to ensure casing crews and equipment are deployed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Operational Dispatching &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Crew Deployment: Deploy casing crews and specialized equipment to active rig sites according to customer schedules and technical job specifications.</li><li>Asset Tracking: Monitor the end-to-end transit of equipment from the Weatherford facility to project sites; track real-time equipment and vehicle movements.</li><li>Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve logistical bottlenecks, operational challenges, and customer service escalations in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>NetSuite System Ownership &amp; Tracking<ul><li>Data Entry: Serve as the primary system user for NetSuite, entering sales orders, tracking yard inventory, and accurately logging field personnel hours.</li><li>Project Progress Tracking: Update operations management and field salesmen on upcoming job statuses, active job progress, and scope changes.</li><li>Documentation: Ensure all logistics paperwork, crew schedules, and client billing details are documented with high accuracy.</li></ul>Crew, Sales &amp; Client Communication<ul><li>Safety Briefings: Brief crews on specific safety requirements, driving directions, and technical project scopes before departure.</li><li>Primary Point of Contact: Act as the central communication link connecting field personnel, sales teams, workshop staff, and client representatives.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Communicate daily activities, scheduling shifts, and potential logistical hazards clearly with associates and management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Job Requirements Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.</li><li>Experience: Previous dispatching, logistics, or project coordination experience in energy, casing/tubular handling, or oilfield services is strongly preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Mindset<ul><li>Software Proficiency: Strong digital literacy with high proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
