We are seeking two experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegals to join our fast-paced personal injury firm. Candidates must have solid experience handling PI case processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all aspects of pre-litigation case management</li><li>Open new files, request records, and track medical treatment</li><li>Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance companies</li><li>Prepare demands, summarize medicals, and assist attorneys as needed</li><li>Maintain deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups</li><li>Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in personal injury pre-litigation is required</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to manage cases independently</li><li>Familiarity with case management software is a plus</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Full-time, in-office role</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth</li></ul>If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with PI case processing, we would love to hear from you.To apply: Please submit your resume and brief cover letter.Pay: From $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekWork Location: In person
