Pre-Litigation Paralegal (2 Positions Available) – Personal Injury Law Firm

We are seeking two experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegals to join our fast-paced personal injury firm. Candidates must have solid experience handling PI case processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation case management
• Open new files, request records, and track medical treatment
• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance companies
• Prepare demands, summarize medicals, and assist attorneys as needed
• Maintain deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements:

• Experience in personal injury pre-litigation is required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage cases independently
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus
