Job descriptionOracle APEX Developer required by OGES iNFOTECH a multinational software solution provider, headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, The Group has a presence in over 4 countries, India, UAE, Europe &amp; Canada.OGES iNFOTECH is an IT Catalyst focussed on Oracle-based Business Applications, Cloud Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, ECommerce, Website and Portal Development, Streaming and Webcasting, Custom Software Development, IT consulting, and Project Management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle APEX applications (forms, reports, interactive grids).</li><li>Create, modify, and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.</li><li>Design and generate reports using Jasper Reports and integrate them with Oracle APEX applications.</li><li>Integrate Oracle APEX applications with external systems using RESTful web services.</li><li>Apply best practices in relational database design and optimization techniques.</li><li>Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.</li><li>Use version control systems (Git/Subversion) to manage source code and versioning.</li><li>Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>Stay current with Oracle APEX features and emerging technologies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX application development.</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (experience with stored procedures, functions, and triggers).</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Oracle APEX (versions 5.x/18.x/19.x or later).</li><li>Strong skills in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).</li><li>Experience with Jasper Reports and report integration with Oracle APEX.</li><li>Experience with RESTful web services and integrating APEX with other systems.</li><li>Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Subversion.</li><li>Strong understanding of relational database design and optimization techniques.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</li><li>Experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c).</li><li>Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.</li><li>Having experience in Oracle Forms will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of cloud-based environments and integration methods.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced Oracle APEX features and tools.</li><li>Candidates preferred with a B-Tech background, Any IT Graduate</li><li>Good English language and communication skills is a must</li></ul>Experience : 3+ YearsJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
