OGES Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing digital solutions and enterprise software company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Kochi office. We are seeking a passionate professional who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities across target markets and industry sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead client outreach, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and product roadmaps.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Development or IT Solutions Sales.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client networks.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel when required.
