This role puts you on the front lines of that growth, shaping how a 200-year-old brand shows up in the digital world.The RoleThis isn&rsquo;t a &ldquo;just schedule some posts&rdquo; gig. We want someone who gets fired up about building a brand&rsquo;s social presence from the ground up. You&rsquo;ll come to our facility, get your hands on our products, capture the craftsmanship in action, and turn it into content that stops people mid-scroll. If you&rsquo;re already using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut to work smarter and create faster&mdash;you&rsquo;re exactly who we&rsquo;re looking for.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create and publish scroll-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond</li><li>Visit our facility regularly to shoot photos, video, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content that brings our story to life</li><li>Own a content calendar tied to product launches, campaigns, and brand milestones</li><li>Write captions and copy that balance our 200-year heritage with a fresh, modern voice</li><li>Dig into analytics, learn what&rsquo;s working, and keep experimenting</li><li>Use AI-powered tools to supercharge content creation, scheduling, and strategy</li><li>Be our frontline voice&mdash;engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>You live on social media and know what makes content pop on each platform</li><li>You&rsquo;re a self-starter&mdash;you see a content opportunity and grab it without being asked</li><li>You can shoot and edit compelling photos and short-form video with a phone or camera</li><li>You&rsquo;re an AI power user: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or CapCut are already part of your toolkit</li><li>You write well&mdash;sharp, on-brand, and with personality</li><li>You&rsquo;re local to the Cheshire, CT area and can swing by at least once a week</li><li>Bonus: experience running business social accounts, design chops, or a marketing background</li></ul>Pay: From $16.35 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Cheshire, CT 06410
