Over 200 years of history, 40,000+ designs, and in-house stamping, plating, and assembly all under one roof in Cheshire, CT.

Now we’re entering an exciting new chapter. We’ve just launched our e-commerce platform, opening our products directly to customers nationwide for the first time. This is the driving force behind expanding our marketing efforts—and why we need someone passionate and creative to help us grow. This role puts you on the front lines of that growth, shaping how a 200-year-old brand shows up in the digital world.

The Role

This isn’t a “just schedule some posts” gig. We want someone who gets fired up about building a brand’s social presence from the ground up. You’ll come to our facility, get your hands on our products, capture the craftsmanship in action, and turn it into content that stops people mid-scroll. If you’re already using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut to work smarter and create faster—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish scroll-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond
• Visit our facility regularly to shoot photos, video, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content that brings our story to life
• Own a content calendar tied to product launches, campaigns, and brand milestones
• Write captions and copy that balance our 200-year heritage with a fresh, modern voice
• Dig into analytics, learn what’s working, and keep experimenting
• Use AI-powered tools to supercharge content creation, scheduling, and strategy
• Be our frontline voice—engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community

What We’re Looking For

• You live on social media and know what makes content pop on each platform
• You’re a self-starter—you see a content opportunity and grab it without being asked
• You can shoot and edit compelling photos and short-form video with a phone or camera
• You’re an AI power user: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or CapCut are already part of your toolkit
• You write well—sharp, on-brand, and with personality
• You’re local to the Cheshire, CT area and can swing by at least once a week
• Bonus: experience running business social accounts, design chops, or a marketing background

Pay: From $16.35 per hour
