The Creative Marketing Specialist is a member of the Marketing team, responsible for graphic design tasks including, but not limited to, creating digital, print, and video content for the brand. A strong attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging that is appealing to our demographic while maintaining a strong focus on the Ohio Power Tool brand is necessary for this position.Responsibilities:&#9679; Photograph/Record/Create marketing graphics and promotional collateral for email newsletter and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)&#9679; Work with the Web Team to design graphics and content for landing pages on ohiopowertool.com&#9679; Film and create videos (long and short format) with a focus on current trends and practices&#9679; Design print materials such as flyers, invitations, signs, quarterly catalogs, and other ad hoc marketing materials&#9679; Collaborate with Content Coordinator to write and record effective scripts for videos&#9679; Check basic sales &amp; inventory reports to identify products to highlight for specific campaigns&#9679; Analyze creative performance and tailor content as needed based on performance (ex. Switching YouTube thumbnails when one is underperforming).Skills:<ul><li>Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with computers and other devices</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to match the established OPT brand/look</li><li>Capable of managing multiple projects &amp; tasks simultaneously</li><li>Proven ability to interact &amp; collaborate across multiple departments or outlooks</li><li>Ability to make decisions in a time sensitive environment with minimal or no supervision</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Must be able to multitask and use time management skills to meet deadlines</li><li>Must be adaptable and skilled in prioritizing tasks</li><li>Experience with NetSuite and/or Magento a plus</li><li>Ability to lift/maneuver tools possibly 50lbs or heavier and be on your feet often</li></ul>Experience and/or Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree recommended or comparable ecommerce/retail/advertising experience with multimedia design.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
