Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Child Care Staff Members to join our vibrant team dedicated to nurturing and supporting the growth of children in our care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while developing your skills in childhood education and caregiving.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive supervision and care for children in a variety of settings such as daycare center, preschool and school age classrooms.</li><li>Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical development</li><li>Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences</li><li>Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster respectful interactions among children</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is preferred</li><li>Ability to engage children through creative play, teaching activities, and caregiving routines</li><li>Strong classroom management skills to promote a safe and supportive environment</li><li>Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members</li></ul>Join us in creating joyful learning experiences for children while advancing your career in early childhood education!
