Sales Support:<ul><li>Prepare and manage sales documentation, including client quotes, proposals, supplier quotations and sales orders in ERP.</li><li>Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate sales meetings and presentations.</li><li>Responding/Escalating to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.</li><li>Conducting market and industry research</li><li>Generating new sales through prospecting and lead follow-up</li><li>Be willing and able to travel as often and as required, conduct door-to-door sales meetings primarily across Africa and additionally any other regions as per the management instructions.</li></ul>&middot; Client Coordination:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.</li><li>Schedule and organize client meetings, follow-ups, and communications.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their concerns promptly.</li></ul>&middot; Educating customers on products and services&middot; Monitoring competitor activities&middot; Maintaining records of sales leads&middot; Order Processing:<ul><li>Process and track sales orders from initiation to completion.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing and delivery.</li><li>Monitor and report on sales order status and performance.</li><li>Update sales transactions, purchase orders, and client details in the ERP system.</li></ul>&middot; Sales Analysis and Reporting:<ul><li>Generate and analyze sales reports, metrics, and forecasts.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports for management.</li></ul>&middot; Collaboration and Communication:<ul><li>Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, product development).</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.</li></ul>&middot; General Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to sales inquiries.</li><li>Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for sales documents.</li><li>Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.</li><li>Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by us through testing, demonstrations, and research.</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales and ERP. Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.</li><li>Ensure adherence to laws and policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

PRO &amp; Government Relations<ul><li>Liaise with UAE government authorities including:</li><li>Immigration</li><li>Ministry of Human Resources &amp; Emiratisation (MOHRE)</li><li>GDRFA</li><li>Free Zone Authorities (HFZA, JAFZA, DMCC, etc.)</li><li>Chambers of Commerce</li><li>Handle:</li><li>Establishment cards</li><li>Immigration files</li><li>Labour files</li><li>Power of Attorney attestations</li><li>Coordinate with typing centers and government portals</li></ul>B. Customs Clearance &amp; Trade Compliance<ul><li>Handle import &amp; export customs clearance at:</li><li>Jebel Ali Port</li><li>Airports</li><li>Free Zones</li><li>Prepare and submit:</li><li>Bills of Entry</li><li>HS code classification</li><li>Invoices, packing lists, COO</li><li>BOE amendments if required</li><li>Coordinate customs inspections, port authorities, and clearing agents</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and free zone regulations</li><li>Track duties, VAT, DPA, inspection and port charges</li></ul>C. Logistics &amp; Shipment Handling<ul><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters</li><li>Arrange:</li><li>Container pickup &amp; delivery</li><li>Port to warehouse movements</li><li>Gate passes (JAFZA / HFZA / Ports)</li><li>Monitor shipment status from origin to final delivery</li><li>Handle stuffing / destuffing coordination</li><li>Maintain shipment records and cost tracking</li></ul>D. Company Licenses &amp; Renewals<ul><li>Manage timely renewal of:</li><li>Trade licenses</li><li>Free zone licenses</li><li>Chamber of Commerce membership</li><li>Import/export codes</li><li>Coordinate with Free Zones, Economic Departments, and banks</li><li>Ensure zero penalties due to late renewals</li></ul>E. Visa &amp; Immigration Support<ul><li>Process:</li><li>Employment visas</li><li>Visit visas</li><li>Emirates ID applications</li><li>Medical tests &amp; biometrics</li><li>Handle visa cancellations and transfers</li><li>Maintain employee immigration records</li></ul>F. Documentation &amp; Record Management<ul><li>Maintain organized records for:</li><li>Customs files</li><li>Licenses &amp; renewals</li><li>Shipment documents</li><li>Government receipts &amp; approvals</li><li>Support audits and compliance checks</li><li>Update ERP / internal trackers with customs and logistics data</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Business, Logistics, or Administration preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;6 years UAE PRO experience (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>UAE Customs procedures</li><li>Free Zone regulations</li><li>Import/export documentation</li><li>Government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP)</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong coordination &amp; follow-up skills</li><li>Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li><li>Problem-solving under pressure</li><li>Attention to detail and compliance</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>On-time clearance of shipments</li><li>Zero customs penalties or fines</li><li>Timely license &amp; visa renewals</li><li>Cost control on logistics &amp; port charges</li><li>Accuracy of documentation</li><li>Response time to internal departments</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Office-based with regular site visits to:</li><li>Ports</li><li>Free Zones</li><li>Government offices</li><li>Occasional urgent or after-hours coordination during shipments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HAVE YOU WORKED AS PRO IN UAE : 6 years (Required)</li></ul>
