The role requires a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality multimedia content that enhances the company's brand image and marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design<ul><li>Design brochures, flyers, catalogs, company profiles, presentations, banners, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Create engaging graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns and corporate communications.</li></ul>Multimedia Production<ul><li>Plan, capture, and edit photos and videos for promotional, corporate, and social media purposes.</li><li>Produce high-quality video content including product demonstrations, corporate videos, event coverage, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Create basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.</li><li>Manage multimedia projects from concept development through final production.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.</li><li>Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to increase audience engagement.</li><li>Monitor social media performance and prepare reports on content effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure timely posting and consistency in brand messaging.</li></ul>Website Design &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Design and update website pages, banners, graphics, and multimedia content.</li><li>Ensure website content remains visually appealing, relevant, and up to date.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain website functionality and user experience.</li></ul>Digital Marketing Support<ul><li>Design digital marketing creatives for online advertising campaigns.</li><li>Assist in email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation initiatives.</li><li>Support SEO and website optimization activities.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Branding &amp; Corporate Communications<ul><li>Support branding initiatives and corporate identity development.</li><li>Prepare visual content for exhibitions, events, product launches, and corporate presentations.</li><li>Develop creative assets that strengthen the company's market presence.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and content creation.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and multimedia projects.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.</li><li>Photography, videography, and video editing experience.</li><li>Social media content creation and management.</li><li>Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar platforms).</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.</li><li>Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)<ul><li>Knowledge of 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.</li><li>Motion graphics and animation experience.</li><li>Basic UI/UX design knowledge.</li><li>Experience with digital advertising platforms.</li></ul>Employment TypeFull-TimeWork Location: In person
