Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in fit-out and civil maintenance works. The candidate will be responsible for project costing, tender preparation, site coordination, and client liaison.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets</li><li>Prepare and submit proposals and tenders</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project execution</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management</li><li>Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings</li><li>Provide regular project and management reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in fit-out or civil maintenance works</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
