Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in fit-out and civil maintenance works. The candidate will be responsible for project costing, tender preparation, site coordination, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Prepare and submit proposals and tenders
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project execution
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Provide regular project and management reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fit-out or civil maintenance works
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
