A reputable engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in Structural Design, with a mandatory requirement of being professionally classified in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi or fully prepared to complete the classification process. The candidate must be proficient in preparing accurate structural drawings for precast concrete elements in accordance with Abu Dhabi standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop structural drawings for precast concrete elements
• Review architectural and structural plans and convert them into precise shop drawings
• Produce reinforcement details, connection details, and technical drafting packages
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and precast factories
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi DMT codes, standards, and regulations
• Review and finalize drawings prior to submission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional classification in Abu Dhabi or full readiness to obtain it (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in precast systems
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering drafting software
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
