Position SummaryThe Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and plays a key role in ensuring a positive and efficient team member experience. This position assists with onboarding, payroll, compliance, communication, and HR administration. The HR Coordinator is often the first face new hires see- creating a welcoming first impression that reflects Old Town Pizza&rsquo;s culture and values.This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is looking to grow their career in Human Resources.This is a Full Time/Part Time position with a pay range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay will be determined based on experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:&middot; Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a positive, welcoming onboarding experience&middot; Support the recruitment and hiring process, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews&middot; Maintain accurate and organized personnel files and HR records&middot; Assist with payroll processing and ensure data accuracy and timeliness&middot; Prepare and update HR documents, forms, and communications&middot; Assist with HR reporting, employee data audits, and compliance tracking&middot; Support benefit administration and assist team members with basic questions or forms&middot; Assist with employee recognition programs, celebrations, and milestone tracking&middot; Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and company events&middot; Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism&middot; Provide administrative support and assist with special projects assigned by the HR ManagerMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)&middot; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)&middot; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills&middot; Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities&middot; Flexible schedule and ability to travel between locations as needed&middot; Desire to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources&middot; Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom experience preferred)&middot; Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role preferred&middot; California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)Compensation and benefits:&middot; Starting Annual Salary = Dependent upon Experience&middot; Discount of 25% for you and your immediate family at any OTP&middot; Annual anniversary bonus if performance in good standing&middot; Performance Bonus possible.
