 About the role
 
 You will manage day-to-day purchasing for our skincare factory. Your goal is to
 
 buy the right items, at the right price, on time
 
 &mdash;and keep our production running smoothly.
 
 
 
 
 Key duties
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a list of reliable suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Request quotes, compare options, and negotiate best value
 </li>
 <li>
 Create purchase orders and follow up till delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep stock levels healthy; alert the team before anything runs out
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Production/QA/Finance on material needs and bills
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle imports/logistics basics (if needed) with guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep simple, accurate records (prices, suppliers, POs, receipts)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Must-have
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience (procurement/supply chain)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or ready to learn)
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized, honest, and strong at follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear communication in
 
 Urdu &amp; English
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Nice-to-have (not required)
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with cosmetic ingredients/packaging
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP/MRP (Odoo/Zoho/SAP/Oracle)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of CoA/SDS and shelf life
 </li>
