Role: Procurement Officer

Location: Gajjumata, Lahore — On-site, Full-time

About the role

You will manage day-to-day purchasing for our skincare factory. Your goal is to buy the right items, at the right price, on time —and keep our production running smoothly.

Key duties

• Build and maintain a list of reliable suppliers
• Request quotes, compare options, and negotiate best value
• Create purchase orders and follow up till delivery
• Keep stock levels healthy; alert the team before anything runs out
• Coordinate with Production/QA/Finance on material needs and bills
• Handle imports/logistics basics (if needed) with guidance
• Keep simple, accurate records (prices, suppliers, POs, receipts)

Must-have

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (procurement/supply chain)
• Basic Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or ready to learn)
• Organized, honest, and strong at follow-up
• Clear communication in Urdu & English

Nice-to-have (not required)

• Experience with cosmetic ingredients/packaging
• ERP/MRP (Odoo/Zoho/SAP/Oracle)
• Basic knowledge of CoA/SDS and shelf life
