Job Description:
E Network pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist with 4-5 years of proven experience as a dual expert in Digital and Field Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in online marketing strategies with hands-on experience in executing field campaigns, ensuring a powerful and consistent brand presence across both digital and offline channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical skills to maximize brand impact, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Expertise:

• Design and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media platforms.
• Optimize paid media campaigns for maximum ROI and brand visibility.
• Develop engaging digital content strategies tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
• Identify and implement new digital opportunities for growth and innovation.

Field Marketing Expertise:

• Plan, organize, and execute on-ground campaigns, trade shows, product launches, and regional activations.
• Strengthen relationships with partners, vendors, and local communities to expand brand reach.
• Align field marketing activities with digital strategies to create a unified customer journey.
• Manage promotional events, merchandising, and offline branding to ensure brand consistency.
• Gather customer and market insights from field activities to inform future strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Act as a strategic partner to sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Mentor junior marketing staff and oversee campaign execution across channels.
• Provide senior management with insights on campaign performance and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in both digital and field marketing.
• Proven success in driving measurable results through SEO, paid campaigns, and offline activations.
• Strong command of digital tools including Google Ads, SEO platforms, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytics to deliver high-impact campaigns.
