SEO Manager

We are hiring an experienced SEO Manager who has strong expertise in SEO operations, strategy building, and paid outreach campaigns to drive impactful results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complete SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical).
• Lead and manage the SEO team to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
• Plan, execute, and oversee paid outreach and guest posting campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters for link acquisition.
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with Google algorithm updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly deliverables.
• Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements for organic traffic and rankings.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of proven SEO experience, including team management.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid outreach and guest posting.
• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling international SEO projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
