Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Lahore-based back office and support a US-based construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials. This role requires strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, project managers, and stakeholders in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams in the US to meet project-specific requirements.
• Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, vendor details, and purchase histories.
• Identify and resolve procurement issues by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and recommend improvements in procurement processes.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement (construction industry preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform during US business hours (night shift).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
