We are looking for a Store Officer-ISO Management who will oversee inventory management, procurement, dispatch, and logistics, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintaining accurate reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and timely updates in the inventory management system.
• Handle procurement activities, including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material planning.
• Oversee dispatch operations to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for transportation and tracking of goods.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Implement and maintain ISO standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the store, warehouse, and logistics departments.
• Prepare ISO-related documentation, reports, and compliance records for audits.
• Conduct regular internal audits and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain compliance.
• Generate and present periodic reports on inventory, procurement, and dispatch performance to management.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and safety within the store and logistics functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with ISO management systems and preparation of compliance reports.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in manufacturing or production environments.
• Knowledge of logistics planning and warehouse optimization.
• Experience with ISO audits and documentation.
