- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and opportunities for development.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize training solutions for specific team needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Track and report on training metrics, including participant feedback, effectiveness, and completion rates.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and provide guidance or additional support as needed.
- Manage training materials, resources, and LMS (Learning Management System) updates.
- Assist in designing and maintaining a structured curriculum for leadership and professional development programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Support the Training Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects

Qualifications:
- M.PHIL degree in Applied Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role in a well reputed School specially Beacon house, LGS, Lacas.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva designing).
- Experience in creating training materials and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for employee development and a commitment to continuous learning.
- willing to travel and stay in various regions of Pakistan.
