Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of company-wide learning initiatives, enabling organizational capability building and fostering a culture of continuous development. This role is responsible for managing learning dashboards, Oracle LMS administration, coordinating training logistics, and driving inclusive learning practices aligned with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) goals. The position ensures seamless execution of development programs that align with business priorities and support organizational culture objectives.We are looking for a dynamic and focused individual with high energy, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving people development and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.


Job Description

  • Implement learning and development programs that align with organizational talent and capability needs.
  • Manage Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user support, and compliance with learning processes.
  • Maintain and update learning dashboards and metrics to support leadership decision-making and program effectiveness evaluation.
  • Facilitate training sessions (virtual and classroom) and support internal trainers and external vendors.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and contribute to the creation of annual learning calendars.
  • Promote a learning culture and support DE&I related development initiatives, ensuring inclusive participation and representation.
  • Gather participant feedback and measure program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational learning policies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Oracle preferred) and virtual learning platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analytics and dashboard management for learning KPIs.
  • Familiarity with DE&I concepts and experience supporting inclusive workplace initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and service orientation.


Job Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR programs.
  • Prior experience in LMS administration (Oracle preferred) and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or DE&I (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is an advantage
