Role Overview

As a Product Trainer at MULTYNET, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical knowledge and product proficiency of our internal teams, sales staff, partners, and service centers. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, ensuring thorough understanding of MULTYNET’s LED TV products, features, and underlying technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Deliver Training Programs

Design and conduct training modules, workshops, and demonstrations about MULTYNET’s LED TV features such as Google-certified Android TV functionality, 4K capabilities, and built-in satellite receivers.

  • Create Training Materials

Prepare user-friendly training aids, including manuals, slide decks, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and FAQs specific to different audiences (sales teams, technical staff, dealers, customers).

  • Conduct Onboarding & Refresher Sessions

Facilitate onboarding training for new employees and conduct refresher or update sessions for existing staff as product specifications evolve.

  • Evaluate Training Impact

Use assessments, feedback forms, and performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and make iterative improvements.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Technical Support, and Marketing to ensure training content aligns with product updates and market needs.

  • Stay Technologically Current

Keep abreast of the latest developments in LED TV technology, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to enhance training relevance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in training, product management, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the electronics or LED TV industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical product features into clear, audience-appropriate learning content.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with digital tools: MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with LMS (Learning Management System) or training platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
