JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Female Support/Sales Specialist to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:Sales:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed product/service information and troubleshooting support.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training or documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and turning inquiries into sales.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or in a team.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
