Female Support/ Sales Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Female Support/Sales Specialist to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Support:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide detailed product/service information and troubleshooting support.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training or documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and turning inquiries into sales.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
