Job Description

TEKHQS is looking for a SAP Cross Functional Trainer with strong expertise in delivering training across multiple SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and conduct training for end-users and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions across multiple SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, etc.).
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials, manuals, and workshops.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
• Provide post-training support to ensure knowledge retention and effective SAP utilization.
• Align training content with organizational business processes and SAP best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in SAP training and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of at least 2–3 SAP functional modules.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore (DHA Phase 6).
