- Assist Finance Manager with different Task's.
- Filling EIF form on PSW, Preparation of import documents and clearance of goods from custom.
- Preparation of supply/purchase orders.
- Prepare all new devices Delivery challan, Return units delivery challan.
- Analyse inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimise customer service.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the inventory books every month with Finance.
- Prepare Invoices of new sold devices & prepare costing and invoices of non-warranty repaired units.
- Print Quick book vouchers of every Month.
- Follow up of account receivables and update to finance.
- Prepare sales units IMEI list of clients wise and date wise.
- Check the inventory with Quick books on monthly basis and send report to HO.
- Update Warranty & Non warranty devices status in drop box warranty sheet.
- Maintain Karachi office inventory record (New + Repaired) devices and reporting to finance department, and Liaison with branch to manage branch inventory and expenses.
- Update firmware’s in customer devices when required.
- Resolve different queries of customers on phone call and maintain a smooth work environment.
- Prepare IMEI list of warranty and non-warranty repaired devices and send to clients and get acknowledgement.
- Physically Stock Count on monthly with Finance.
- Visit Banks.
