Olive Workshop

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our team.The candidate will support the merchandising team in managing the end-to-end product development cycle &mdash; from sampling to production and shipment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sampling development, follow-up, and approvals.</li><li>Coordinate between buyers, factories, and vendors for daily updates.</li><li>Maintain T&amp;A (Time and Action) calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.</li><li>Track fabric and trim sourcing, lab dips, and approvals.</li><li>Support in costing, order confirmation, and production follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each order.</li><li>Assist in quality checks, inspection coordination, and shipment tracking.</li><li>Communicate effectively to resolve day-to-day merchandising challenges.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes Required:<ul><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.</li><li>Good knowledge of sampling, trims, fabrics, and garment construction.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Excel, emails, and basic merchandising formats.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.</li><li>A positive, solution-oriented, and team-driven attitude.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Graduate or Diploma in Fashion/ Apparel Merchandising / Textile / Related Field.</li><li>Prior experience in export/import or buying house preferred.</li></ul>To Apply:Send your resume to smarika@oliveworkshop.comwith the subject line:&ldquo;Application &ndash; Assistant Merchandiser&rdquo;Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;15,944.83 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
