We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our team.

The candidate will support the merchandising team in managing the end-to-end product development cycle — from sampling to production and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sampling development, follow-up, and approvals.
  • Coordinate between buyers, factories, and vendors for daily updates.
  • Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Track fabric and trim sourcing, lab dips, and approvals.
  • Support in costing, order confirmation, and production follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each order.
  • Assist in quality checks, inspection coordination, and shipment tracking.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve day-to-day merchandising challenges.

Skills & Attributes Required:

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Good knowledge of sampling, trims, fabrics, and garment construction.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, emails, and basic merchandising formats.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • A positive, solution-oriented, and team-driven attitude.

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Fashion/ Apparel Merchandising / Textile / Related Field.
  • Prior experience in export/import or buying house preferred.
