OLIVER M. FURTH DESIGN &amp; DECORATION is currently seeking an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Hollywood studio. This job is in-person and full-time:RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible for all aspects regarding multi-year design projects</li><li>Sourcing and specifying fabrics, furniture, lighting and accessories</li><li>Creating client proposals, purchase orders and invoices</li><li>Generating and managing schedules and budgets</li><li>Processing and tracking furniture and furnishings orders</li><li>Scheduling installations and coordinating all aspects of the install</li><li>Managing timelines and resources/vendors and information</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Superb organization and self-starting skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and track projects successfully</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Efficiency solving and multi-tasking skills</li><li>Reviews project plans, managing timelines and resources/vendors and information</li><li>Executes and manages collateral material along with team members</li><li>Flexible, can-do attitude</li><li>Must have access to a vehicle (while at work)</li></ul>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>1-2 years' direct experience at an Interior Design Firm</li><li>3-5 years&rsquo; experience in project management -Interior Design or other project management related</li><li>Thoroughness: organization, time management and efficiency</li><li>Resourceful: creative and continually driven to improve</li><li>Collaborative: working style</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel necessary</li><li>Familiarity with Studio Designer and/or AutoCad and/or Adobe Photoshop are a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
