OLIVER M. FURTH DESIGN & DECORATION is currently seeking an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Hollywood studio. This job is in-person and full-time:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all aspects regarding multi-year design projects
- Sourcing and specifying fabrics, furniture, lighting and accessories
- Creating client proposals, purchase orders and invoices
- Generating and managing schedules and budgets
- Processing and tracking furniture and furnishings orders
- Scheduling installations and coordinating all aspects of the install
- Managing timelines and resources/vendors and information
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency solving and multi-tasking skills
- Reviews project plans, managing timelines and resources/vendors and information
- Executes and manages collateral material along with team members
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Must have access to a vehicle (while at work)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years' direct experience at an Interior Design Firm
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management -Interior Design or other project management related
- Thoroughness: organization, time management and efficiency
- Resourceful: creative and continually driven to improve
- Collaborative: working style
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel necessary
- Familiarity with Studio Designer and/or AutoCad and/or Adobe Photoshop are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
