Job descriptionAssociate Chiropractor at a high volume clinic which has been established in the North Tampa Community for 15+ years.Monday-Wednesday: 8am - 6pmFriday: 8am - 5pmResponsibilities<ul><li>Perform intake assessments by listening to patients' concerns and reviewing medical records</li><li>Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients by running different neurological and orthopedic assessments</li><li>Record patient data and keep detailed records of every treatment session</li><li>Perform musculoskeletal adjustments to relieve pain within a patient's body</li><li>Consult with patients and offer techniques and ideas for them to improve their physical health and comfort in their every day life</li><li>Refer patients to see other types of specialists when necessary</li><li>Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.</li><li>Build and maintain positive doctor-patient relationships</li><li>Help the chiropractic facility continue to generate new patients through marketing events.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Willingness to train on instrumentation, traction devices and other corrective care techniques</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build and maintain relationships with patients</li><li>Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle a large patient load while working in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and a strong desire to help improve their quality of life</li><li>Must be able to think critically and make judgments about how best to help patients</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team</li><li>Up to date on the latest chiropractic practices and a desire to provide cutting-age care</li><li>Must be in good physical condition and have the dexterity and strength to perform adjustments and manipulations on patients</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
