This role requires strong communication, quick response times, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Schedule estimates, projects, and follow-ups</li><li>Handle incoming leads and respond quickly (calls, email, platforms)</li><li>Assist with marketing and customer outreach</li><li>Post/manage rental listings and schedule showings</li><li>Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant communication</li><li>Manage maintenance requests, vendors, and work orders</li><li>Track rent payments and send follow-ups</li><li>Maintain organized records and documentation</li><li>Monitor property conditions and coordinate upkeep</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be comfortable working independently and taking initiative</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English)</li></ul>Expectations<ul><li>In-person role in McFarland, WI</li><li>Office hours: 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li><li>Occasional evening availability for community outreach</li><li>Responsive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision</li></ul>Growth OpportunityPotential to grow into a leadership role within 6&ndash;12 months based on performance.Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
