Now, we&rsquo;re bringing that same passion, creativity, and impact to Pittsburgh, and we&rsquo;re looking for people who want to do more than just &ldquo;a job&rdquo; , people who want to build something meaningful.What You&rsquo;ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Support Representative:<ul><li>Meet and engage Pittsburgh customers one&#8209;on&#8209;one in person, understand their needs, share Verizon&rsquo;s newest&#8209;in&#8209;class products and services</li><li>Give demos, presentations that educate and excite people about Verizon solutions</li><li>Use your product knowledge to address client questions, handle objections, and show why Verizon is the right choice</li><li>Lead local sales and outreach campaigns to generate new leads and grow Verizon&rsquo;s footprint in the city</li><li>Work with internal teams to make sure customers have a smooth onboarding experience, from first contact to service activation</li><li>Keep accurate records of all your customer interactions, leads, and sales activity</li><li>Be a voice to our internal teams: share what you learn in Pittsburgh to help improve offerings and strategy</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For in an Entry Level Customer Support Representative:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work for any U.S. employer</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or sales</li><li>People&#8209;oriented, must be able to build rapport easily and love talking with new people</li><li>Clear, polished verbal communication; able to explain technical or product info in everyday language</li><li>Organized, reliable, good with time&#8209;management; able to juggle leads, follow&#8209;ups, and different accounts</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
