As an Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the face of our Verizon partnership in Pittsburgh. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will meet people in the community, help them understand Verizon’s latest offerings, and build relationships that last. What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Support Representative:

  • Meet and engage Pittsburgh customers one‑on‑one in person, understand their needs, share Verizon’s newest‑in‑class products and services
  • Give demos, presentations that educate and excite people about Verizon solutions
  • Use your product knowledge to address client questions, handle objections, and show why Verizon is the right choice
  • Lead local sales and outreach campaigns to generate new leads and grow Verizon’s footprint in the city
  • Work with internal teams to make sure customers have a smooth onboarding experience, from first contact to service activation
  • Keep accurate records of all your customer interactions, leads, and sales activity
  • Be a voice to our internal teams: share what you learn in Pittsburgh to help improve offerings and strategy

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Customer Support Representative:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • People‑oriented, must be able to build rapport easily and love talking with new people
  • Clear, polished verbal communication; able to explain technical or product info in everyday language
  • Organized, reliable, good with time‑management; able to juggle leads, follow‑ups, and different accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
