About the Role We are a small but growing fashion accessories company looking for a detail oriented Data Entry Specialist who can work independently and enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly. You&rsquo;ll also get a fun behind the scenes look at our accessories while helping support daily operations.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Able to work independently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good vision and ability to notice small color or detail differences in accessories &bull; &bull; &bull; &bull; &bull; Good memory for product styles and small differences is helpful</li><li>Proficiency Google Sheets</li><li>Experience in data entry, invoicing, accounting, or billing</li><li>Comfortable with ecommerce platforms including Shopify preferred</li><li>Computer savvy and comfortable in a fast paced environment</li><li>Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Customer service experience is a plus</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Process invoices and verify credit card charges</li><li>QC items before confirming invoices</li><li>Compare shipping rates and create shipping labels</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate records</li><li>Monitor inventory and keep numbers updated</li><li>Manage ecommerce tasks including order processing and updates</li><li>Double check all details before invoicing to prevent errors</li><li>Assist with general administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Complete daily tasks within project deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Work Location: In person
