Role Overview:This is a dual-responsibility role across two initiatives:1) onboarding and managing D2C clean food &amp; beverage brands for a marketplace platform, and2) B2B partnerships and sales for helmet cleaning machines as a channel partner. The role is target-driven, requires independent lead generation, and offers a clear growth path into a key leadership position over time.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently generate leads (no dependency on marketing leads) Cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn &amp; field prospectingPitch to founders/CXOs (D2C brands) and B2B partners/clients End-to-end vendor onboarding: commercials, documentation, listings, launchesClient acquisition and deal closure against targets Partner relationship management; primary point of contact post-onboardingPipeline tracking, conversions, and basic performance reporting Coordinate launches and support category/market expansion initiativesRequired Skills &amp; Profile2+ years in BD/Partnerships/Vendor Onboarding/Sales (D2C/FMCG/B2B preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skillsProactive, target-driven; strong cold calling &amp; lead generation Comfortable in early-stage startup environments; ownership mindset Growth &amp; OpportunityHigh ownership role with direct exposure to founders Opportunity to evolve into a key leadership position over timePerformance-linked incentives and fast learning curveJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
