Vendor Onboarding manager

Role Overview:

This is a dual-responsibility role across two initiatives:

1) onboarding and managing D2C clean food & beverage brands for a marketplace platform, and

2) B2B partnerships and sales for helmet cleaning machines as a channel partner. The role is target-driven, requires independent lead generation, and offers a clear growth path into a key leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities

Independently generate leads (no dependency on marketing leads)

Cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn & field prospecting

Pitch to founders/CXOs (D2C brands) and B2B partners/clients End-to-end vendor onboarding: commercials, documentation, listings, launches

Client acquisition and deal closure against targets

Partner relationship management; primary point of contact post-onboarding

Pipeline tracking, conversions, and basic performance reporting

Coordinate launches and support category/market expansion initiatives

Required Skills & Profile

2+ years in BD/Partnerships/Vendor Onboarding/Sales (D2C/FMCG/B2B preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills

Proactive, target-driven; strong cold calling & lead generation

Comfortable in early-stage startup environments; ownership mindset Growth & Opportunity
