We are also committed to teaching and spreading knowledge!Job Description:We are seeking a skilled MERN stack developer with 5-6 years of experience who will be responsible for crafting and implementing high-quality code to drive cutting-edge software development. Your role involves coding and ensuring rigorous testing, error identification, and iterative enhancements to maintain superior code quality. You&rsquo;ll play a crucial part in assisting our customers and partners by resolving software-related issues efficiently. An ideal candidate must have experience with the Nest.js framework.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Nest.js stack.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using the NestJS framework.</li><li>Integrate data storage solutions, such as MongoDB, and implement efficient database structures</li><li>Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance</li><li>Detect and resolve software issues through meticulous troubleshooting</li><li>Create clear, top-notch code for software and applications; conduct comprehensive test reviews</li><li>Design, implement, and test APIs using the MERN stack</li><li>Contribute valuable insights to ongoing software development projects</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and related technologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience and strong proficiency in Nest.js.</li><li>Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts.</li><li>Working knowledge of ORM Prisma for efficient database management.</li><li>Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint</li><li>Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable, and highly responsive design and maintain large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases.</li><li>Establish, refine, and integrate development environment tools and software as needed</li><li>Identify production and non-production application issues as a part of the deployment</li><li>Deploy applications on servers with the ability to quickly debug hosting-related issues</li><li>Experience with server less architecture</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Performance-based Bonus</li><li>Annual Excursion Trips</li><li>Educational Assistance (To enhance your skill set)</li><li>Paid Leaves</li><li>Leaves Encashment (Annuals)</li></ul>Required Experience: Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on development experience.Qualification: Bachelor in CS/SE/IT or in a relevant fieldWorking Days: Monday to FridayLocation: Wapda Town, LahoreJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>NestJS: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>MERN Stack: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
