Job Title: Procurement Executive Company: Om Tubes and Fittings Industries Website: https://www.omtubes.com/ This will be a WFH opportunityJob Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage the complete order cycle&mdash;from receiving client RFQs to final payment collection. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and management, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and driving overall client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: &#61623; Receive RFQs (Request for Quotation) from clients and capture details accurately in the CRM. &#61623; Actively source vendors (domestic &amp; international) using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, ChatGPT, and other online resources, if vendors are not specified by the client. &#61623; Review vendor quotations with management before finalizing and sharing with the client. &#61623; Upon client agreement, prepare and issue the purchase order. &#61623; Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction once products are received. &#61623; Follow up with clients for timely payments and escalate overdue cases if needed. &#61623; Record all interactions, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payment status in the CRM.Skills &amp; Qualifications: &#61623; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering &#61623; Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. &#61623; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. &#61623; Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google Workspace. &#61623; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines under pressure.Neha Shinde Recruitment Executive Om Tubes &amp; Fittings Industries +91 8591412248 careers@omtubes.com www.omtubes.com Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
