 JOB PURPOSE
 
 
 
 To contribute to the process of developing and formulating end-to-end activities of OIA&rsquo;s strategy, annual business plans and related progressing reporting in order to support the Authority&rsquo;s business growth and stability.
 
 
 
 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 &bull; Collecting various data &amp; inputs including cash flow projections from various investee companies and assets classes within OIA. Conduct sensitivity analysis on the cash flow projections considering different variables. Prepare a funding plan and provide recommendations and strategic options to the management accordingly.
 
 
 &bull; Manage the business plan process while coordinating with OIA&rsquo;s companies and the Investment teams. Collect business plans prepared by OIA&rsquo;s companies and validate accuracy and completeness of the submission.
 
 
 &bull; Consolidate the business plans of all of OIA&rsquo;s companies and analyze it under different matrices and lenses. Prepare and present the findings to the management and make recommendation accordingly.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain the planning framework, tools and documentation to ensure alignment between all strategic planning processes across OIA group.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare quarterly reports on the funding plan to the Investment Committee and OIA&rsquo;s Board of Directors and present the various areas of corporate business planning and strategy.
 
 
 &bull; Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors as and when required to ensure high standards of confidentiality.
 
 
 &bull; Comply with the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
 
 
 &bull; Comply with all relevant health, safety, and quality requirements, in order to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.
 
 
 &bull; Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account &lsquo;leading best practices&rsquo;, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
 
 
 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA is preferable
 </li>
 <li>
 3 to 6 years of related experience
 </li>
