Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the dynamic Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, have a deep understanding of local regulations (including RERA), and demonstrate excellent client service and sales capabilities. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, open houses, online listings, social media, etc.</li> <li>Consult with clients to understand their property needs (buy/rent/sell), budget, and timeline.</li> <li>Conduct property viewings and virtual tours; prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMA).</li> <li>Advise clients on market conditions, legal requirements, financing options in Dubai.</li> <li>Negotiate offers, draft and manage contracts, ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.</li> <li>Liaise with developers, landlords, brokers and RERA / DLD authorities for licenses, approvals, title transfers, etc.</li> <li>Use CRM tools to maintain client records, follow up, track performance metrics.</li> <li>Keep abreast of market trends, new project launches, regulation changes (RERA, DLD).</li> </ul> Required Qualifications & Skills <ul> <li>Good understanding of UAE / Dubai real estate regulations, documentation, and legal processes.</li> <li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and meet target KPIs.</li> <li>Self motivated, organized, able to work with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Tech savvy: ability to use CRM systems, property portals, digital marketing tools.</li> <li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred) and ability to travel among Dubai communities.</li> <li>Multilingual skills a plus (English mandatory; Arabic, other languages are advantages).</li> </ul> What We Offer <ul> <li>Enjoy a competitive basic salary complemented by a performance-driven commission structure with unlimited earning potential.</li> <li>Support with marketing, listing on major portals, signage, photography, etc.</li> <li>Training & mentorship to equip you with market knowledge and sales skills.</li> <li>Access to high value, exclusive listings and developer projects.</li> <li>A compliant, professional environment including full legal back end support.</li> </ul> How To Apply Please send your updated CV to with the subject line: "Application - Property Consultant (Dubai)".
